What happened in 2025
- January 2025: expansion of the Christian Life Academy lab to 40+ PCs (container shipment of ex-USA hardware).
- February 2025: air-conditioning and structured network cabling installed.
- March 2025: Starlink internet went live — see blog post.
- 2025 throughout: set-up of bookkeeping, registration in the Handelsregister (HRB 26611 HL), receipt of § 60a AO charitable recognition by Finanzamt Lübeck.
Use of funds

What's next in 2026
- Solar backup for the Kumasi installation (planned Q3/2026)
- Scaling the model to a second school (in preparation — needs assessment running)
- Transition from § 60a notice to first Freistellungsbescheid (with the 2025 tax return)
